The sun makes me uncomfortable and I hate you.

If you can't get up before the sun is, don't even bother. You should try waking up in the afternoon otherwise. If you are fit enough to get up before the sun rises, and quick enough to get where you need to be, you can miss it entirely.

I am sitting at a desk, in a hallway, in my home. It's my day off, or I would be at work.

I ride the bus to work. If I get the early bus which can be up to an hour before I am required to be at my place of bussiness, I miss most of the people traffic, an it's the most comfortable ride. The next bus which gets me to my destination about 20 minutes early, is the best bus time wise, slightly early to work, but not early enough so people ask questions if they catch you. However the last leg of this bus ride, is overcrowded, and sometimes requires standing in the aisle. Standing up on the bus is fine, if you have something to lean against. If you don't it can be rather difficult. And standing in the aisle, or to be more clear, not near either exit is more than a little awkward. So the people can be dealt with by turning your headphones up. Be quiet turn your headphones up.

Getting off the bus it doesn't seem right to see the world basked in light.
